Since becoming a mom of two kids, I find that I don't post on here as much as I used to. However, I still take pictures of most of the food I make, especially meals for the kids. Tomato Soup
This is one of my favorite foods ever -- homemade tomato soup. It's easy to make and SOO delicious. Basically all I do is saute whatever veggies I have in the kitchen, add a ton of chopped up tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes until nice and hot and bubbly and all veggies are cooked. I add about two cups of water, simmer again. Finally, I blend the whole concoction until smooth and creamy. I could eat this pretty much every day.
