This chili is loosely based on a recipe from The Vegan Cookbook. It was quite an ordeal, however, because I decided to use dry beans instead of canned, and it took almost three days to cook. And on the third day half of it burned to the bottom of the pot.
I almost gave up, but alas, I salvaged what I could and finally enjoyed some warm chili. Yum. It was quite delicious after all that.
