Since becoming a mom of two kids, I find that I don't post on here as much as I used to. However, I still take pictures of most of the food I make, especially meals for the kids. Back to burritos! To add to the normal fixings, I sautéed some pumpkin cubes with onion and corn. I shall call it the pumpkin burrito. No photo because I was starving and forgot to take a picture before I scarfed down two of them.
